Chez Michel and Marie-Noëlle

 Thursday afternoon Francis dropped me off chez Michel and Marie-Noëlle in Lucq de Béarn. I first met them in 1998 when I was doing music research in France. They live only 13 minutes by car from Annie and Francis' son, Romain, in Oloron. So, Annie, Francis, and Suzie went to visit Romain while I visited with Michel and Marie-Noëlle. They took me on a tour of their village and we spent a nice afternoon together. Justine and Mathilde, their sweet granddaughters, were there to spend summer vacation with them.
